Cold overnight lows between 5 below and 5 above zero are expected
tonight. Any light wind may push wind chills as low as 10 below zero
at times locally.

Fair and 31 degrees Saturday night, down to 21 overnight in the city. The south central states are looking at a cold night, down to -5 degrees. Massena is down to -2F already, the low overnight down to -12 with a cold warning from the NWS Burlington.
Safe Drinking Water Advisories
Montgomery County: Amsterdam experienced a shutdown at the water plant Friday, the outage prompting a BWA for customers on Locust, from Prospect to Wallin, Shuler McKinley, Harrison, Hayes, Garfield, Taft, Roosevelt, Grand, Milton, Vanderveer, Merrill, Belmont Place, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Avenue, and Park Street.
Cayuga County: Throop put out a BWA Thursday following a water main break. Customers connecting on Donovan, Canoga Northrup, Nugent, Youngs, Webster, Griffin, McDonald Roads, and Turnpike Road from 1412 to 1916 are impacted until further notice.
