WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING...Mixed precipitation with additional snow accumulations of up to a half inch and ice accumulations of less than one tenth of an inch in portions of southeast New York and northeast New Jersey until 7 pm this evening.
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.

Streamflow Situation from USGS WaterWatch
Streamflows are above normal to much above normal in the Lower Hudson River watershed flowing toward NYC. Mongaup River is still flowing 99th percentile near Mongaup in the Delaware River watershed.
Upstate flows remain mostly above normal with five stations recording much above normal (above 90th percentile). In the northwest basin, flows are mostly normal with one station below normal in Genesee River watershed. In the south-flowing drainage basin, flows are normal in the west shifting up to much above normal in the southeast, Susquehanna and Delaware River much above normal.
No extreme low flows are showing up this afternoon.
