Streamflows much above normal

Streamflow Situation from USGS WaterWatch
Streamflows rates have spiked upward overnight in upstate St Lawrence and Lake Champlain watersheds, running mostly above the 90th percentile, much above the seasonal normal, more to follow.
In the central watersheds flowing toward Long Island Sound, much above normal flows dominate Lower Hudson watershed, Long Island flows are sti In the south-flowing drainage basin, flows are normal. In the northwest, seasonal normal flow levels head for the Great Lakes with no apparent ice impact. In the south flowing watersheds, the recorded flow volume heading to the Mississippi River is normal, the volume headed for the Atlantic is above the seasonal normal nearest the headwaters, increasing to much above seasonal normal downstream in the major tributaries of Susquehanna, Ramapo and Delaware Rivers.
Mongaup River is still flowing at an extreme high, 99th percentile near Mongaup Wednesday. Just one monitor in all USGS sites in NYS is registering a flow below the seasonal normal Wednesday morning with no extreme low flows on the map.
