Great South Bay flooding ends at West Sayville

Streamflow Situation from USGS WaterWatch
Great South Bay is no longer flooding at West Sayville Tuesday early evening, running back below flood stage by 7 pm. Hudson River is no longer flooding at Poughkeepsie.
Current streamflows remain much above normal to high statewide, meaning the rated stations are above 90th percentile for this day of the year in water recording history.
Streamflows are much above normal to high statewide, there are no monitors indicating below normal, much below normal and no extreme low flows as of the evening update.

No part of NYS appears on the drought map Tuesday, no below normal ratings nor any degree of drought.
