As long as hazardous materials are in demand and in use for the products we need, common carriers will be required to move these goods through populated areas. Streamflow Situation from USGS WaterWatch
Streamflows down-shifting from above 90th percentile (much above normal)to above 76th percentile, above normal.
As of this update, there are no USGS monitored stations recording active flooding in NYS, no extreme high or low flows.
Drought Map USGS 7-day average streamflow against seasonal average
No part of NYS appears on the drought map Sunday.
