Streamflow Situation from USGS current streamflow monitors in NYS
Below normal conditions continue in Genesee River watershed, Oatka Creek registering an extreme low flow Tuesday morning at Warsaw. Ice impacts many west interior and northern creeks emptying into Lake Ontario as the temperature plunges to -13C/9F at Binghamton Tuesday.
Normal streamflows persist through central and north drainage areas. Long Island creeks are mostly normal, temperature is just below freezing Tuesday morning.
No flood activity recorded Tuesday.

A band along the Lake Erie shoreline of Chautauqua County has extended east along the north Chautauqua County line, rated below normal.
