Car accident in the Black River Watershed releases multiple fluids

Black River Watershed: A traffic accident on State Route 12 resulted in unknown quantity's of milk, diesel, hydraulic oil and motor oil to be released on the road along Blue St in Martinsburg, Lewis County.
