Lower Hudson Watershed: On August 6, unreported amounts of pesticides, farm chemicals and petroleum was released during a car accident on I-87 North in Coeymans, Albany County
Earlier this week
Lake Champlain Watershed: On August 3, 100 gallons of kerosene was released at a private residence due to equipment failure at a private home on Stone Dr in Plattsburgh, Clinton County.
Atlantic Long Island Sound Watershed: On August 3, an unreported amount of raw sewage has been discharged at a private home due to an overflowing drain on the 200 block of Rockaway Ave in Valley Stream, Nassau County.
Lower Hudson Watershed: On August 3, 590 gallons of asphalt was released from a failure in a liquid asphalt storage container on Riverside Ave in Rensselaer, Rensselaer County. On this day again, 150 gallons of transformer oil has been released from a transformer pole along River St in Troy, Rensselaer County.
