Safe Drinking Water Advisories
Onondaga County: Part of the Town of Elbridge along with Elbridge Village and Village of Jordan were under a boil water order over the weekend after County Health determined an issue of inadequate disinfection in the municipal water system. Private wells are not affected.

Streamflow Situation from the network of USGS monitoring sites in NYS
Fair and 43 degrees ahead of a sunny Monday, high 52 with a chance of sprinkles between 10pm and 1am, then a 40% chance of rain after 1 am. No hazardous weather in the forecast so far this week. Tuesday comes with 90% chance of rain, mainly before 4pm. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible to continue to recover record low streamflows and drought statewide.

The drought map displays watershed areas in degrees of hydrologic poverty by comparing 7-day average streamflow values against historic average streamflow for the season. Upstate west and north are fully recovered to seasonal normal streamflow levels over the weekend with corresponding shifts to the drought profile. Delaware River, Ramapo River and Lower Hudson River watersheds continue to run below normal to much below seasonal normal. Drought ratings have broken off the northwest watersheds, all unrated. For the northeast, St Lawrence River watershed is still rated below normal with moderate drought clinging to the Raquette River channel in the northeast with a persistent severe drought rating remaining in the Upper Lake Champlain watershed at north Washington and east Essex Counties. Adjacent surface area in the central drainage basin's Upper Hudson River watershed remains in moderate drought, including south Washington and Saratoga Counties. Lower Hudson River is largely below normal with Dutchess, Putnam, east Orange and Westchester relieved of drought rating. In the south facing basin, the Upper Delaware River watershed remains in severe drought impacting Delaware County. Allegheny River watershed remains below normal, part of Chemung River watershed is still below normal, Upper Susquehanna River watershed remains in moderate drought through Otsego, Broome and Tioga Counties.
